Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using FindMe. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using FindMe, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Services
FindMe is a marketplace that connects clients seeking services with independent professionals. FindMe does not itself provide any professional services and is not a party to agreements between clients and specialists.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date. FindMe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Conduct
Users must not post false, misleading, or fraudulent content; harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to circumvent platform fees or communication channels.
5. Payments and Fees
Specialists may be charged a per-response fee and/or a commission on completed orders. All fees are disclosed before any charges are applied. FindMe reserves the right to modify its fee structure with reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology on the platform are owned by FindMe or its licensors. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant FindMe a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
FindMe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. FindMe may suspend or remove your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
9. Changes to Terms
FindMe may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
